HCAP Hydraulics has recently commissioned a new modern clean hard chrome plating facility at its modern premises in North Perth.
The Hard Chrome Plating area has the capability to accommodate large and small hydraulic cylinder rods that are commonly seen in the mining earthmoving industry. The plating area is supported by two large overhead cranes to move large components around the work area safely and with precision.
The electroplating tanks are supplied clean ripple free power from modern European Rectifiers, once the hard chrome plating process is completed the component is finished to the required size and surface finish in one of our many cylindrical grinders.
As part of our quality control procedures all job steps & measurements are thoroughly documented by our experienced staff throughout the process to ensure that our customers receive a quality job with a quick turnaround.
